Scottish SPCA Visit
Once again the Scottish SPCA brought a team of twelve Officers for an interesting and informative day’s training at the Centre. The objective of the day was to give the Officers a hands on experience dealing with a large number of different types of birds of prey - finding out about how to handle the birds and identify the various species.
I think some of our customers were a little concerned when they found 10 Scottish SPCA vans in the car park !!

Latest Arrivals
Come and visit our newest arrivals at the centre.
American Kestrel called Orion. This tiny falcon is less than half the size of our native Kestrel but has the attitude of a bird four times it’s size.
Northern Hawk Owl called Aurora. We think this is one of the most beautiful owls in the world. It is native to North America and Canada.
Little Owl called Athena. Our most recent arrival but already a favourite with both the staff and customers.
