World of Wings Refund Policy
- We are unable to refund or exchange gift vouchers. We can however at the discretion of the management upgrade a voucher to a higher value experience or event.
- Vouchers unredeemed by expiry date cannot be refunded or returned. In extreme circumstances and only after agreement prior to redemption date, the management may offer an extension to the expiry date.
Were an event or experience is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather issues, we will offer an extension to any near expiry date.
- Gift voucher can only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher recipient details unless previously agreed by management.
- Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
- Any product found to be defective may be returned for exchange and if purchased within the previous 30 days may be refunded in full.
- In the event of gift duplication or unwanted gift, the management may at their discretion accept return of the item for exchange provided the item is in the same condition as when purchased and still in undamaged wrapping or packaging. No refund can be given.
- Mail order items may be returned for exchange subject to return in original wrapping or packaging. In the event of a defective product, return postage costs will be refunded up to a published value. If the goods are being returned due to other reasons, the buyer will be responsible for any return costs.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
